Governance & Oversight
ICSI is governed by a Board of Trustees, fiduciaries who provide oversight, ensure compliance with applicable financial and legal requirements, and help to guide our strategic direction.
ICSI’s President and CEO reports directly to ICSI’s Board of Trustees. ICSI’s leadership team oversees the research programs and core functions such as research administration, people operations, finance & accounting, and IT & research computing. Policies and procedures covering all aspects of the Institute’s work ensure compliance with the highest standards of integrity, independence, and impact.
Advisors in ICSI’s Director’s Circle and Technical Advisory Committee also support and advise on the Institute’s work.
