Permanent full-time research and operational positions come with generous benefits, as described below. Permanent part-time positions may qualify for health, retirement, and paid vacation benefits depending on the number of hours worked per week.

ICSI offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus employer-sponsored life and disability insurance. With three base plans, three buy-up plans, and two high-deductible HSA-compatible plans available, ICSI covers 95% of health insurance premiums for employees and 85% for dependents.
Financial Security
ICSI offers an exceptional retirement plan with 3% automatic contributions and up to 7% employer matching, plus additional tax-deferred retirement savings options. Take advantage of additional pre-tax, after tax, and mega backdoor Roth savings options as part of our 401(k) plan.

We offer generous vacation accrual plus an extra 20 days of paid holidays and breaks annually.
