Mike Gupta

Biography

Mike Gupta is a Member of the ICSI Director’s Circle and a former Member of its Board of Trustees. He is Chief Financial Officer at Calm. Prior to his current position, Mr. Gupta served as Chief Financial Officer at Plenty, Docker, and Twitter. Before joining Twitter, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Zynga, where he ran a variety of financial functions, including investor relations, financial planning and analysis, treasury and corporate finance. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Yahoo! in a variety of financial roles, most recently serving as the senior vice president of corporate development, finance and treasury. Earlier in his career, Gupta was a vice president in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch and a senior auditor and CPA at KPMG. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from New York University.
