Biography

Mark Allman is a Research Affiliate at ICSI and Adjunct Faculty in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at Case Western Reserve University. 

His research focuses on network measurement, security, transport protocols, congestion control, and network architecture. Previously, he conducted research on internetworking in satellite networks for BBN Technologies at NASA’s Glenn Research Center. 

Allman holds BS and MS degrees in computer science from Ohio University.
