Tom Katsikakis

Biography

Tom Katsikakis is the Sponsored Projects Office (SPO) Manager at ICSI. In this role, he supports the full research administration portfolio, from pre-award services to post-award financial oversight, ensuring the fulfillment of all grant or contract requirements. 

With 20 years of progressive experience in research administration, financial analysis, and program oversight across academic, healthcare, industry, and federal landscapes, Toms’ dedication to research administration helps shape ICSI’s approach to research development and innovation. As a Certified Research Administrator, he is passionate about fostering effective partnerships between researchers and administrators to advance impactful, compliant, and well-supported research. He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
