Sherice Wu

Biography

Sherice Wu is an Executive Assistant to Dr. Lea Shanley at ICSI, where she provides strategic and operational support to advance the institute’s mission. She brings over a decade of experience supporting C-suite executives across industries including technology, finance, media, and climate-focused nonprofits.

Known for her adaptability and attention to detail, Wu specializes in complex scheduling, executive communications, travel coordination, and project management. She has supported senior leadership at organizations such as Adobe, Bank of the West, and the Climate Lead, where she managed global calendars, planned events, coordinated international logistics, and supported cross-functional teams.

Prior to joining ICSI, she served as an Operations Manager at The Loom Oakland, where she oversaw organizational processes and vendor coordination. Across her roles, she is recognized for her ability to manage competing priorities and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in fast-paced environments.

She holds a B.A. in Design with an emphasis in Visual Communication from the University of California, Davis.
