On December 18, Mozilla announced it had selected seven recipients of research grants geared toward keeping the Internet open and accessible. ICSI’s Alisa Frik was selected for one of the grants for her proposal titled “Exploring the Boundaries of Passive Listening in Voice Assistants.” Her project is one of seven selected for award.
